Stocker Conference Set for August

Alabama cattle producers will have the opportunity to learn more about adding a stocker cattle component to their operations at Auburn University

Rankins says a number of nationally known speakers will explain the various aspects of successful stocker operations at the two-day conference. Seminars and talks will dominate the Friday program at the Auburn University Hotel & Conference Center. Hands-on activities will be the focus Saturday, August 27 at the Stanley Wilson Beef Unit on Saturday.

Rankins says the conference will provide vital and timely information for those working with stocker cattle.
