Mail Merge Tutorial

The first step in using mail merge is to open a new document in Microsoft word.


Then go to the Tools menu at the top of the window and select Mail Merge.


The Mail Merge Helper window will then appear. Go to the first button labled Create.


For the purpose of this tutorial, we will be using mail merge to create mailing labels
from a pre-existing address book or data file. Select Mailing Labels from the drop down menu.
