  • Step 2b: Setup your PDA Phone (Treo, Motorola Q, etc.) with the AU GroupWise System
    **Note: Perform this step only if you have a PDA Phone and wish to syncronize your e-mail, calendar, contacts, and task items with the AU GroupWise system**
• Configuring A New/Replacement Device -
• Blackberry Users - If you already have an account and have a new/replacement device, please request activation information by sending an email to the BES Administration.
• PDA Phone Users - If you already have an account and have a new/replacement device, please request activation information by sending an email to the GMS Administration.
