Responsibilities

1. Provide technical assistance (seminars, presentations, and direct support) to communities/organizations in the following areas:
   • Grant Writing
   • Strategic Planning
   • Leadership Development
   • Community Assessment
   • Asset Mapping
   • Group Facilitation
   • Non-profit Management
   • Healthcare Development
2. Work closely with communities and/or partner agencies to seek resources and to develop strategies to assist small, rural communities.
3. Develop technical assistance resources (community health toolbox) to increase the capacity of local residents/citizens. The community health toolbox is a library of learning resources (tutorial) for community and health development.
