Electrical Demonstration
|
OBJECTIVES
-
To develop leadership among youth participants.
-
For youth to learn to conserve and manage the use of electrical energy
more effectively.
-
To teach youth to use electricity and electrical appliances safely.
-
To teach youth how to select, use, and care for electrical powered devices
and equipment.
-
To help youth learn communication skills.
WHO MAY PARTICIPATE
-
Any Tallapoosa County Junior or Senior 4-H’er.
RULES
The contest will consist of two parts:

Written exam – This will consist of questions from the 4-H Electric Energy
Members Manuals. This portion will take 20 minutes.

Visual presentation or Demonstration – The ideal length of a presentation
is from 5 to 10 minutes.
