Bicycle Safety Rodeo

OBJECTIVES
-
The bicycle rodeo should always demonstrate driving skills to adequately
and effectively use to bicycle.

The bicycle rodeo should be used to develop knowledge of bicycle safety,
including proper driver attitude, behavior and responsibility.
-
The bicycle rodeo should always teach traffic laws, explaining how these
laws furnish a guide for bicycle drivers to be responsible to themselves
and to all others who occupy the road.

The bicycle rodeo should emphasize the importance of the correct fit of
a bike driver to a mechanically sound bike.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
-
Any Tallapoosa County Junior or Senior 4-H’er.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
-
A bicycle in safe condition.
RULES
-
Unsafe conduct will disqualify the contestant.
