Alabama 4-H Achievement Award
Emily Nestor, Montgomery County receives 2011 Alabama 4-H Youth
Development Achievement Award for Small Ruminants (sheep and goats).
This program identifies outstanding Alabama 4-H members who have excelled
in their 4-H career.
Applications are judged by a screening committee of Extension professionals, 4-H Volunteers and other industry representatives.
Achievement Applications are judged on the Essential Elements
of 4-H.
Those are belonging, independence, generosity and mastery. Interviews
were held at the Alabama 4H Center on February 12, 2011.
Winners will receive a trip to National 4-H Congress and an Alabama State
Trophy.
