Requirements for Blocks Rock Contest:
  Your entire blocks rock art must be constructed from Lego's or other toy building blocks.
  It can't be wider than 12 inches x 15 inches.
  It can't be any taller than 16 inches.
  Your art will be placed on a table and viewed from all sides.
  It must be transported on a firm surface like foam board or plywood.
  Your name, age, and school need to be written on an index card and attached to the foam 
       board or plywood.
  You must do all the construction yourself.(Hint: Determine how you will keep your 
       construction from coming apart.  You will have to move it, so keep transportation in mind.)

Age Divisions:
  Junior Level:  9-13 years of age
  Senior Level: 14-19 years of age
