Adult Computer Lab
A very popular program that we have begun in Coosa County is the Computer Lab for Rural Adults. Classes are held weekly for 2 hours. Topics covered in these classes include: Computer Basics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail, and Quicken.
Our last computer class was completed in March 2010. Graduates are: Laura Harris, Joyce Taylor, Freeman Bradberry, Dianne Mitchell, Marilyn Bradberry, Blake Kelley, & Nida Smith. Not pictured: David Kelley & Juanita Walker.
We anticipate beginning our next class in the summer of 2011. We are presently compiling a "waiting list". If you would like to be placed on the list for a future class, please call the Extension office at 256-377-4713.
