A very popular program that we have begun in our County is the Computer Literacy Lab for Rural Adults. Classes are held weekly for 2 hours at the Coosa County 4-H ClubHouse in Hanover. Topics covered in these classes include: Computer Basics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail, and Quicken.
Our most recent computer class was completed on February 23, 2009. Graduates are: Tracy Brown, Shirley Ogle, Ray Cooper, Kitty Perkins, and Robert Cowart. Also graduating but not pictured were: Sally Cowart, Christine Harrell, and Lily Flood.
