What Arbor Day Means to Me
by: Lauren Stewart
"Good afternoon. I am so thankful and honored to be here today. Thanks to everyone involved in making this day happen.
To me, Arbor Day is important because it gives everyone a chance to give back to nature. Just think, if we all planted a tree, how much of an impact that would have on our enviornment.
The poster I did inspired me to love the trees and outdoors. The thing I love about my poster is it involved helping the environment. Trees help clean our air and provide us with oxygen. They also provide shelter for animals.
I am of the believe that more trees should be planted in both cities and towns. Everytime someone cuts down a tree, they should always plant a new one. Let's all keep this in mind. Thank you all for everything."
