Programs Conducted for Autauga County Commercial Growers

The Alabama Cooperative Extension System and the Alabama Department of Public Health hosted the Food Entrepreneur Workshop on Thursday, October 18th, 2007.  Participants attending were individuals interested in marketing a family recipe, product, idea or concept.   Topics included:  Health regulations, labeling, processing and co-packing, etc.
