Autauga County exhibited the Champion Middle Weight Steer at the District Steer Show in Montgomery. They had two of the top 15 steers in the Carcass Competition and place second in the county Herdsmanship competition.

| Autauga County 4-Hers collected over 400 coats, 37 hats, 6 scarfs, 39 gloves, 8 t-shirts, 16 pair of socks, 12 sweaters, 2 boys outfits, 1 comforter, 2 sleeping bags, 8 throws, 8 pair of pajamas, and more than $1,100 during our 4-H Holiday Community Service Project for Hurricane Katrina victims |
