Native American Farmers and ranchers who were denied farm loans or loan servicing by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) can get free legal help in filing claims in the Keepseagle Settlement.

Meetings are being held around the country.  Please come to a meeting with the Keepseagle Class Counsel to file your claim to share in that settlement.

To receive a payment up to $50,000, you must file a claim by December 27, 2011.
