QCPs - Help with Planning & Inspections

A qualified, credentialed professional is required to prepare any manure use plan for a CAFO. CAFO operators will also need a QCP for annual inspections. A l ist of Qualified Credentialed Professionals (QCPs) is maintained by ADEM. These individuals have met the requirements as stated in the AFO/CAFO rule.
