Behind every successful 4-H'er is at least one adult whose encouragement and support fostered that growth. More than 5,000 Alabamians are providing that encouragement and support every day. Volunteers can only serve at their best when they have materials for training, lesson plans and tips for working with kids at different levels of experience.

Ready-to-go club programs, with teaching resources, will help existing volunteers be more effective and will encourage new volunteers. We need to raise $380,000 in cash and endowment to support our volunteers annually so they can provide top quality oversight and direction to 4-H'ers across the state.
